As I celebrate the third year anniversary of my company, I would like to announce a significant shift in doing training and consulting. Major changes in HACCP Codex, regulatory requirements and GFSI benchmarking requirements in recent months necessitate a close working relationship with hygienic engineering and design compliant suppliers of equipment and building materials. I will declare in due time the agreements and partnerships to avoid conflict of interest concerns.
