We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the online Better Process Control School, which was held from January 9 to 20, 2023, and February 27 to March 10, 2023. The Lead Instructors for the program were Layne Martin and Jaime F. Tiongson.
Participants from various regional offices of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) received three certificates, namely Retort Certificate, Acidified Foods Certificate, and Aseptic Certificate. We congratulate all participants for their hard work and dedication, and we commend them for their commitment to improving their skills and knowledge in food processing.
